Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving within 2–3 working days. Orders under £60 are calculated from £3.95, subject to packaged weight and destination.

Express Delivery

From £5.95

Parcelforce or DHL services appear at checkout where available. Order before 2pm Monday–Thursday for the best chance of next-working-day dispatch.

How to order

Browse the range, add what you need to your bag, and check out as a guest or signed in to your account. Signed-in members earn loyalty points on eligible orders and can track deliveries from their dashboard.

If you are unsure which product is right for your horse, pet or yard, our team is happy to advise. Get in touch before you order.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay once the payment gateways are configured. Klarna remains subject to WooPayments and merchant eligibility. We never store your full card details. Loyalty points and gift vouchers can be applied at checkout where eligible.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive an order confirmation email, then a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Signed-in customers can follow orders from My Orders. Courier handling may use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL depending on service, parcel weight and destination.

Delivery rules

UK delivery and international delivery options are shown at checkout based on the packaged weight, order value and destination. Heavy parcels, liquids, hazardous goods and battery products may need a different service or may be excluded from certain destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs or local import restrictions. Some regulated products cannot be shipped outside approved territories.

Restricted products

Wormers and regulated categories such as POM-VPS, NFA-VPS and AVM-GSL items may require additional eligibility checks or advice before dispatch. Checkout and product pages must make any restriction clear before payment.

If an order includes a restricted item, we may contact you before dispatch, change the available delivery service or cancel/refund the affected item where shipping is not permitted.

Returns & refunds

Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.
