These terms apply between you and Supplement Solutions Ltd. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify payment, and will refund any sum paid.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take care to price correctly, but if we discover an error we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel.
Loyalty points are earned and redeemed in line with our loyalty programme terms. Points hold no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or returned. Full conditions are set out on the Rewards page.
