Feedmark K9-Defence (Canine)

K9-Defence is a unique formulation offering nutritional support to the immune system of dogs. The combination of ingredients support digestive health, promote immune cell function, and help to optimise recovery and wellbeing.

K9-Defence provides –
– Soothing support: Linseed meal is an excellent source of essential fatty acids. The high omega-3 (alpha-linoleic acid) level gives it excellent soothing action. Linseed is also high in fat so helps to provide calories which could be beneficial to dogs not eating much food. Linseed is particularly useful for optimising skin health.
– Prebiotics: Bio-Mos is used to provide a prebiotic source. Prebiotics feed the beneficial bacteria within the digestive tract, helping to maintain digestive efficiency and keep the gut balanced. The same amount of Bio-Mos is provided in K9-Defence as is also found in the Bio-Mos fraction of K9-Digest.
– Immune cell support: Echinacea is well known for optimising immune function. Astragalus has similar immune supporting effects and has been shown to support renal and circulatory function
– Antioxidants: Vitamin E and Selenium provide antioxidant support to mop-up free radicals that are produced as a result of normal cell function. . Antioxidants however are able to mop-up these molecules.
