Noromectin is a broad spectrum horse wormer capable of treating multiple-species infestations, including roundworms, lungworms and bots. This product should be used in early and late summer alongside a tapeworm treatment in spring and autumn for year-round parasite control. One syringe is sufficient to treat up to 700kg body weight, if your horse is heavier than this a second syringe is required. What does Noromectin treat?

Noromectinl oral paste, at the recommended dosage level, provides effective control of the following parasites of horses and ponies:

Large Strongyles

Small Strongyles (adults)

Hairworms

Pinworms

Ascarids

Intestinal Threadworms

Large-mouth stomach worms

Lungworms

Neck threadworm

Stomach bots

When should Noromectin be used?

Noromectin should be used in early and late summer, alongside a treatment for tapeworm in spring and autumn and a treatment for encysted small redworms over the winter months, to provide a complete year round parasite control programme for all types of horses and ponies, including pregnant and lactating mares, and foals over six weeks of age.
